I'm Launching a CRPS Coaching Community. Here's Why

The gap

Most CRPS resources exist at two extremes.

On one side: the medical system. Pain management, procedures, medications, interventions. Focused on the physical — which is necessary, but incomplete. The medical system almost never addresses the psychological toll of living in a chronically painful body.

On the other side: patient communities. Online forums, support groups, peer connection. Invaluable for not feeling alone. Not equipped to provide structured psychological support, pain education, or clinical guidance.

In the middle: almost nothing.

No structured program that combines clinical expertise with genuine lived experience. No community that holds both the psychological complexity of this condition AND the practical realities of living with it. No space led by someone who knows what it is to be both the patient and the provider.

That's the gap I've been sitting with for years. And that's what I'm building.

What this program is all about

Starting September 2026:

A two-month live weekly pilot cohort for people living with CRPS — worldwide.

This is an emotional educational program that covers evidence-based skills training (CBT & MBSRR-Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) to help anyone living with CRPS, anywhere in the world.

The community will cover:

  • Pain psychology — understanding the relationship between the nervous system, pain signals, and psychological state. Not "it's in your head." The actual neuroscience of why psychological work changes the pain experience.

  • Emotional regulation — practical tools for navigating a dysregulated nervous system. For the days when the pain spikes and everything else does too; with a non-judgmenttal stance-without blaming yourself.

  • Grief and identity — structured support for the losses that come with this condition, and the identity work of building a genuine self alongside it.

  • Relationships and communication — navigating what CRPS does to intimacy, family dynamics, and friendships. Tools for communicating your reality to people who don't live in it.

  • Sustainable living — building routines and habits that account for the reality of your condition, not the version of yourself you wish you still were.

  • Peer support — with people who actually understand what you're carrying.’

How my unique background qualifies me to lead this program

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 26 years of experience in pain psychology and psychological support.

I am also a person who has had CRPS for 16 years.

I know this condition from both sides. I know what the medical literature says. I also know what it feels like to wake up and negotiate with your body before you can do anything else. I know the specific exhaustion of performing fine. I know what it costs.

Most CRPS resources come from clinicians who've never experienced it — or patients who haven't had clinical training. I'm both. And I built what I know over sixteen years of living inside this condition.

Pricing

Experience our pilot cohort for an introductory investment of $397 (just $49.62 per week).

A two-installment option is available: $199 x 2 — so cost is not the barrier that prevents you from getting support.

Future cohorts will be priced higher. The September cohort is for people who want to be part of building this from the beginning.his comprehensive program provides everything you need to navigate CRPS, featuring live structured sessions led directly by me, full resource access, and curated personal and professional insights.

What Your Investment Includes

  • Live Weekly Sessions: Interactive, structured meetings led by me to guide your progress.

  • Full Resource Access: Unlimited entry to my complete library of educational materials.

  • Session Recordings: Audio and video replays available anytime you miss a group meeting.

  • Curated CRPS Insights: Exclusive, curated information and strategies drawn from my personal and professional experience with CRPS.

This price is a first group cohort price that reflects the pilot stage and the reality thatmany people with CRPS have reduced income from disability.

Who this is for

  • People living with CRPS, anywhere in the world

  • Anyone who has been managing the medical side but has never had support for the psychological side

  • People who are tired of explaining their condition to clinicians who don't understand it

  • Anyone who has felt alone in this — who has wanted a space with people who actually get it

What comes next

In November, I'll be opening a separate cohort for family members — because supporting someone with CRPS requires its own understanding, tools, and community. More details to come. If your family members or loved ones are interested in joining that program or have questions, reach out to us below and we can go over any questions/concerns you may have:

The September cohot is limited. If you've been following along this month — if any of what I've written has named something you've been carrying alone — this is for you.
